Our Physics A level course covers both traditional and modern disciplines, so you gain valuable skills in areas such as mechanics, quantum and particle physics. There are also fantastic opportunities to engage beyond the curriculum, by participating in the Monmouth Science Initiative programme and the Monmouth Astronomical Research Society. Our A level course can easily be studied in combination with a number of interesting subjects, like Mathematics and other sciences.

You will be challenged and engaged throughout the course, with many graduates going on to study Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics and Medicine at university. Graduating with an A level in Physics is highly regarded by many universities, especially the Russell Group universities.
